Apple is a well known and favorite fruit for most people.Apples are nutritious,good good for weigh loss,lower the risk of diabetes,may also help prevent cancer.There is a well known saying for apple is “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Apples are rich in fiber,vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:
*Apple – 1 no
*Strwaberry – 4 nos
*Dates – 2 (soaked for 1 to 2 hours)
*Almonds – 5 (soaked for a night or 8 hours)
*Milk – 2 cup (as per your need),you can use skimmed milk also
Preparation Instructions:
1.Soak the almonds for a night or 8 hours and peel the skin apart.
2.Soak the dates for an hour or 2 in a drinking water.
3.Peel and slice the apple and slice the strawberries too.
4.In a juicer jar/blender add soaked almonds,dates with the water,sliced apple and strawberries and milk.
5.Blend them all for a minute.
6.Ready to serve in a beautiful juice glass .

3.Peel the skin of almonds and remove
the seed of the dates and keep ready
with the dates soaked water.

4.Peel the apple skin.

5.Slice the apple and strawberry
into pieces.

6.In a blender/juicer jar add the sliced
fruits along with the almonds and
dates with the water.

7.Add milk(skimmed milk also be used
in a diet).

8.Blend it for a minute or 2 until the
nuts get grinded.

9.Pour it in a juice glass and serve.

Note of the dish:
1.You can freeze the strawberries to make the cool smoothie .
2.Sugar/honey can be used insted of dates or with the dates.
3.Almond powder can be used instead os soaked almonds.
4.Yogurt also be used instead of milk.
